As a Business Introducer (BI), an individual or a firm may establish a relationship with Windsor, with the aim of introducing new clients to us against payment of commission. As a BI, you will be responsible for maintaining client relations introduced by you to Windsor.

CORPORATE BI

In order to become a Corporate BI for Windsor, the following documents are required:

1. The original or certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Proof of address.
3. Full contact information.
4. The original or certified copy of its Memorandum & Articles of association.
5. Identification of all the ultimate shareholders of the company.
6. Identifications of at least one of the company’s directors (certified passport copy of Director).
7. Identification of all those persons duly authorized to undertake investment transactions.
8. Establishment of the company’s business profile in terms of the nature & scale of its activities.
9. Board of Resolution
10. A reference letter is required from either one of the following:

• Financial Institution
• Lawyer
• Accountant

INDIVIDUAL BI

In order to become an Individual BI for Windsor, the following documents are required:

1. Valid Certified Passport copy
2. A recent utility bill (not older than 1 year)
3. Full Contact information
4. Banking details
5. A reference letter is required from either one of the following:

• Financial Institution
• Lawyer
• Accountant
