	Investors Compensation Fund	Member of the ICF. The main purpose of the ICF for clients of Cypriot Investment Firms is to secure the claims of the "Covered" clients against Cypriot Investment Firms, in situations where the latter is unable to meet such of its duties as arise from its clients' claims in connection with the investment services or the ancillary services it has provided, as long as such inability is directly related to its financial circumstances in respect of which no realistic improvement in the near future seems foreseeable. 	MIFID	In compliance with the MiFID. The Markets in Financial Instruments Directive is a European Union Directive that was implemented in Cyprus as of the 1st of November 2007.  The MiFID provides a harmonized regulatory regime for investment services across the European Economic Area.  The main objectives of the Directive are to increase competition and consumer protection in investment services. 	FSA	EEA Authorized by the FSA (463727). The FSA is the main statutory regulator for the UK financial services industry.  Financial firms authorized in a country in the European Economic Area (EEA) can offer certain products or services in any other EEA country if they have a ‘passport’ that entitles them to do so. 	AMF	Registered with the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers). The AMF lays down the conduct of business rules and obligations that must be fulfilled by authorised professionals to provide investment services. View Registration
